A training session on "coalition/networking" was held in Gori organized by Society Biliki

The training covered the following issues: The essence of teamwork, principles and "rules of the game"; Elements of creating and maintaining a coalition; Selection of partners; The strength of diversity of support and competencies in a coalition; Factors determining the effectiveness of network (coalition) work; Coalition management, roles of coalition members; Difficulties and features of network (coalition) work; Coalition Etiquette (Reciprocity, Standards, Procedures) Network/Coalition Joint Decision Making Process; The essence of the consensus process.
